  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. All transactions are conducted in AUD, and any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied at checkout.

2. Products and Ordering

Our clothing is crafted in Brazil and shipped to Australia for distribution. Accessories are sourced from China and Brazil. All products are described as accurately as possible, though slight variations in color and size may occur.

Order Acceptance: Alua Active reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, and suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in AUD and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card (via Stripe), PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments are processed at the time of checkout, and split payment options (e.g., Store Credit and PayPal) are available.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic shipping through Australia Post and international shipping through DHL Express.

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): Standard (AUD $11.00) or Express (AUD $15.00).
  • International Shipping: Express AUD $59.09.
  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with their orders.

Tracking: All orders include tracking information, sent via email, and can be tracked through Australia Post (domestic orders) or DHL (international orders).

5. Return and Refund Policy

Alua Active offers a 14-day return policy for domestic orders and a 21-day return policy for international orders from the order’s shipment date. All returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy [hyperlink to the policy].

  • Conditions: Items must be in new condition with tags attached, free from any stains, marks, pet hair, or scents. Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  • Guest Checkout Returns: Customers who checked out as guests are only eligible for refunds, not store credit.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. We ensure that all third-party services integrated with Alua Active, including WeSupply for returns, do not have access to store or save any customer data. Personal data is handled in compliance with Australian data protection laws.
